I get inspiration from all manner of places including nature, fashion, architecture, music, art, graphic design, furniture ......

The main thing to remember when using a colour wheel is that opposites attract. So greens and red or pinks compliment each other as do purples and yellows.

Love the ‘Love Pride’ shoes by Ruthie Davis from 2019 although not sure these days I’d be able to make it down the street in them!

I’m attracted to the use of a material like Hama beads - traditionally used for children’s crafts - to make something so far removed from the original purpose of the material - in this case a pair of sunglasses.

The green, green grass of home

Taken on a holiday to Malaysia and Indonesia the repetitive pattern of both the floors of the Petronas Towers and rice fields. Both are man-made but the contrast could not be greater.
